Membership in Voices for Quality Care
Membership in Voices for Quality Care (LTC), Inc. (Voices) is free so that all may join regardless of financial concerns. We do, however, gratefully accept any and all donations.
To be eligible for Full Membership you must
- not be employed by any provider of long-term care services
- not be employed by any government agency with authority over any part of the long-term care community
- not be employed as a paid ombudsman--volunteer ombudsmen are eligible for Full Membership
- not be employed by any other entity that would pose a possible conflict of interest.
To be eligible for Associate Membership you may be
- employed by a provider of long-term care services in a non-administrative position
- employed by a government agency with authority over any part of the long-term care community on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Voices Board of Directors
- employed as a paid local long-term care ombudsman
- employed by any other entity that would pose a possible conflict of interest on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Voices Board of Directors.
We strongly encourage Resident and Family Councils in long-term care facilities as well as other non-profit long-term care advocacy groups whose members fit the eligibility requirements listed above to join as Group Members.
